Wednesday 2nd April

Please note the following on our ticketing process this year:

  1. Your registration does not guarantee entry.

  2. A donation does not guarantee entry (more on that shortly!)

As you have registered, when you arrive at the venue, you will be checked in by our team on a first come, first served basis.

If there is space for you, you'll be welcomed in. If the room is full, then sadly you will be turned away. We have made allowances of queuing time in between sessions to ensure little disruption to the events taking place.

In the past, we have had many people register and then not attend the sessions, so we believe this is the fairest option to ensure that the hosts have a full room, and that those who have showed up, will be welcomed in.

On donations: if you have registered and paid a donation, firstly thank you! Your donation goes a long way in supporting our festival. However, if you are no longer attending the session, then you are able to request a refund via lu.ma. Any issues with this, please contact us on marmalade@oldfirestation.org.uk

Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work through this new process.
